You may have multiple eligible accounts for the same retailers (for example: meal vouchers, gift vouchers, etc.).
đź’ˇ This is rare, but it could explain why the payment was taken from the wrong account (for example, you wanted to pay with your meal vouchers but the amount was deducted from your gift vouchers).
👉 To fix this, click on the relevant transaction in your Swile app.
You’ll then see the option “Change the debited account”:
By selecting this, a request will automatically be sent to our dedicated teams,
They will then process the transfer to the correct account.
⚠️ Can’t see the button?
It’s probably because the retailer where you made the purchase isn’t eligible for other benefits. In this case, the transaction can’t be reassigned.
