How do I obtain my CNTR approval? – Restaurateurs 🍽

Follow this guide if your main activity is:

  • traditional restaurant (former APE code 553A – new codes 56.10A and 56.10B)
  • hotel with restaurant (former APE code 551A – new code 55.10Z)
  • fast food restaurant (former APE code 553B – new code 56.10C)
📚 Step 1: Put together your application with 3 documents
  1. The notice of situation or the final registration certificate in the SIRENE Directory for your establishment, showing your APE code (⚠️ APE codes 7010Z or 000Z are not accepted).
👀 Lost your document? No worries: you can download it directly from the INSEE website!
  1. This CNTR document containing your details, to print and fill in.

  2. Depending on your activity:
  • For businesses: An original extract from the Trade Register (K, Kbis or Lbis) for the establishment, issued within the last month. 👀 Can’t find this document? You can request it from the Registry of the Commercial Court your establishment depends on, or order it from www.infogreffe.fr (⚠️ Any KBIS extract that does not mention the activity carried out and the establishment concerned by the application will be rejected)
  • For tradespeople: A copy of the extract of registration in the Trades Directory.
  • For associations: A copy of the articles of association mentioning the catering activity
💌 Step 2: Send your application to the right place

Your application is ready, all you need to do is send it by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to:

La Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant
32, rue Brison
42335 ROANNE Cedex
