If you run a collective catering service, follow this step-by-step guide to putting together your CNTR application in 2 stages 👇
📚 Step 1: Put your application together with 3 documents
-
The notice of situation or the final registration certificate in the SIRENE Directory for your establishment, showing your APE code.
⚠️ APE codes 7010Z or 000Z are not accepted
👀 Can't find your document? You can download it directly from the INSEE website!
-
For UNHAJ members:
- This declaration on honour to print and complete;
- A copy of your articles of association explicitly mentioning the catering activity covered by your application.
For FEGAPEI members:
- This declaration on honour to print and complete;
- The association’s articles of association explicitly mentioning the catering activity covered by your application
Or
- The establishment’s project, drawn up less than 5 years ago (art L311-8 of the Social Action and Family Code), explicitly mentioning the catering activity covered by your application.
Or
- The three-year objectives contract signed between the adapted company and the DRTEFP, explicitly mentioning the catering activity covered by your application
For non-members:
- This declaration on honour to print and complete.
- An original extract from the Trade Register (K, Kbis or Lbis) for the establishment, issued within the last month.
👀 Can't get hold of this document? You can request it from the Commercial Court Registry your establishment depends on, or order it from www.infogreffe.fr.
⚠️ Any KBIS extract that does not mention the activity carried out and the establishment concerned by the application will be rejected.
💌 Step 2: Send your application to the right place
Your application is ready, all you need to do now is send it by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to:
La Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant
32, rue Brison
42335 ROANNE Cedex
📆 What happens next?
- ⏳ For 12 months, a provisional approval: If you meet the regulatory requirements for meal vouchers and your application is complete, the CNTR will issue you with a provisional ministerial approval valid for 12 months.
- ✅ After one year, your final approval: At the end of this period, and within one month, you’ll need to reapply to the CNTR, who will check your application and, if you still meet the requirements, issue your final approval.
