📚 Step 1: Prepare your application with 3 documents

The status notice or the final registration certificate in the SIRENE Directory for your business, showing your APE code.
⚠️ APE codes 7010Z or 000Z are not accepted
👀 Lost your document? You can download it directly from the INSEE website!

An original extract from the Trade Register (K, Kbis or Lbis) for your business, issued within the last month.
👀 Can't find this document? You can request it from the Registry of the Commercial Court your business depends on, or order it from www.infogreffe.fr.
⚠️ Any KBIS extract that does not mention the business activity and the establishment concerned by the application will be rejected.
- This declaration of honour to print and fill in.
💌 Step 2: Send your application to the right place
Your application is ready, now just send it by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to:

📆 What happens next?
- ⏳ For 12 months, a provisional approval: If you meet the regulatory requirements for meal vouchers and your application is complete, the CNTR will issue you with a provisional ministerial approval valid for 12 months.
- ✅ After one year, your final approval: At the end of this period, and within one month, you will need to reapply to the CNTR, who, after checking, will grant you final approval if you still meet the requirements.
