1. How can I exercise my GDPR rights?
Since 25 May 2018, the regulations on personal data (GDPR) have changed with the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation.
To request the exercise of your rights, such as erasure, objection, or rectification of your personal data, you can email us at dpo@swile.co, making sure to specify the email address linked to your Swile account.
2. What personal data does Swile collect?
Swile ensures that only data strictly necessary for the intended purpose is collected.
Data provided by your administrator when your account is created: Your identity, your email address (if you have an account with an email), and your date of birth.
Data you provide when activating your account: Only your phone number.
Data generated by your activity: For example, your spending, top-ups, as well as your activity on the Swile website and app (cookies if you accept them, IP address, etc.)
3. Does Swile sell or share my personal data with third parties?
Swile only collects the personal data strictly necessary to provide the Services you have access to, in line with the programme(s) subscribed to by your employer and/or your works council, and we only process this data for the purposes set out by these Services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy – available here.
We do not, and will never, sell your personal data to third parties and/or companies.
