1. How to exercise your GDPR/GDPR rights?
As of May 25, 2018, the regulations on personal data ( GDPR ) have been changing with the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulations.
To request the exercise of your rights, erasure, opposition and rectification of your personal data, you can send us an email at dpo@swile.co specifying the email address attached to your Swile account.
2. What personal data is collected by Swile?
Swile only collects data that is strictly necessary for the purpose it is processed for

The data that your administrator declares when creating your account: Your identity, your email address (if you have an account with email), your date of birth.

The data you provide to us when activating your account: Your phone number only.

The data generated by your activity: Expenses, refills, for example, but also your activity on the site and the Swile App (cookies if you accept them, IP address, etc.)
3. Does Swile resell or share my personal data with third parties?
Swile only collects personal data strictly necessary for the provision of services you access, in accordance with the program(s) subscribed to by your employer or/and your work council, and we process them only for the purposes provided for by these Services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy - available here (available only in French).
We do not and will never sell your personal data to third parties and/or companies.
