This article is for administrators placing orders for gift vouchers or Holiday Benefits. It explains where to find your credits, how they work, which ones to use depending on your order, and how to deduct them at checkout.
Where can I find my gift voucher and Holiday Benefit credits?
Your gift voucher and Holiday Benefit credits are available in your Gifts and Benefits admin area, under the Accounts > Credits tab. Here, you'll find each available credit along with its issue date.
How do my gift voucher and Holiday Benefit credits work?
A gift voucher or Holiday Benefit credit is generated when an adjustment is made to a beneficiary's account. This credit is valid for 12 months from its issue date.
You can use this credit when paying for an order placed within this validity period. The order amount must be equal to or greater than the value of the credit.
Each credit must be used in one go and in full: you can't deduct just part of it. However, you can combine several credits on the same order.
⚠️ Watch out for the expiry date
After 12 months from its issue date, a gift voucher or Holiday Benefit credit expires and can no longer be used to pay for an order.
Which credit can I use for a gift voucher or Holiday Benefit order?
Each gift voucher or Holiday Benefit credit is linked to a specific product. You can only use it to pay for an order of the product it is associated with.

Within the same product, there are no restrictions by event: a gift voucher credit can be used on any gift voucher order, regardless of the event.
How do I deduct my gift voucher and Holiday Benefit credits at checkout?
You can deduct a gift voucher or Holiday Benefit credit at the end of the order process, at the payment stage.
- Step 1: In the gift voucher or Holiday Benefit order process, proceed to the payment stage.
- Step 2: At the payment stage, tick the box to deduct a credit.
- Step 3: The credit is deducted in full from the order amount. You can combine several credits on the same order.
- Step 4: Once your gift voucher or Holiday Benefit order is confirmed, you’ll find the details of the deducted credit in your order summary.
