How to Analyse the Statistics in the Gifts and Benefits Area?

As an administrator of the Gifts and Benefits area, you can monitor your employees' activity and the amount issued using dedicated statistics. Depending on your subscription options, this data is divided into two or three tabs.

Where can I find the statistics for the Gifts and Benefits area?

The statistics can be found in the Gifts and Benefits menu, under the Statistics tab. Depending on your options, you will see two or three tabs:

  • Campaign
  • Recipient Activities
  • Shop Subsidy (if available)

What does the Campaign tab in Gifts and Benefits statistics contain?

The Campaign tab gives you an overview of the amounts issued:

  • Issued Volume: total amount credited to your employees.
  • Issuance Tracking: breakdown of issuances by URSSAF event.
  • Credited Recipients: total number of recipients credited.

What does the Recipient Activities tab in Gifts and Benefits statistics contain?

The Recipient Activities tab lets you track account and card usage:

  • Activated Accounts Tracking: pie chart showing the split between activated and non-activated accounts.
  • Card Order Tracking: tracking with status and tracking number.
  • Spending: total spending, by URSSAF event, by month, on the platform and by card.

What does the Shop Subsidy tab in Gifts and Benefits statistics contain?

The Shop Subsidy tab brings together information related to allocated subsidies:

  • The amount allocated to shop subsidies (in €).
  • The number of users who benefit from a shop subsidy.
  • The number of shop subsidies set up.
  • A breakdown of subsidies allocated per recipient.

💡 Tip

From the Shop Subsidy tab, you can download a report detailing how each recipient has used their subsidy.
