These are vouchers allocated by the Works Council (CSE) and are subject to certain URSSAF regulations. The total annual amount must not exceed €200 per event per beneficiary to be exempt. See our article How do I order gift vouchers? and our dedicated section.

This is an amount covered by the CSE on Swile shop prices. You’ll find more information in our article about shop subsidies.
This option lets you set up a reimbursement rule for your beneficiaries. They can send you their invoices, and you’ll decide whether to accept them and process the reimbursement. Here’s an article on this: How do I use the invoice subsidy?

This option lets you share content with your colleagues, such as CSE representatives, articles, FAQs, documents, newsletters, and you can customise this tab with a logo and cover photo. Everything is explained here: How do I manage the CSE tab?
A shop open all year round, with discounted offers where your colleagues can pay by bank card. They can buy gift cards as well as leisure and culture tickets, anywhere in France and Belgium. To find out more, see: How do I take advantage of discounted offers in the Bons Plans shop?
From the Accounting > Pennylane tab, you can use the Pennylane integration to transfer your Swile data directly into your Pennylane account for accounting purposes (you’ll need a Pennylane subscription). See: How do I connect Pennylane to your Gifts and Benefits space?
You can order gift cards for your colleagues, loaded with the amount of your choice, for a URSSAF event. This is different from ordering gift or culture vouchers (How do I credit my beneficiaries with gift vouchers?). To find out more, see: How do I order gift cards for my beneficiaries?
