A new employee is joining your company and already has a Swile card? In that case, you don’t need to order them a new card or create a new account. That’s right, we can add them straight to your list of beneficiaries! 😍

To do this, please contact us and provide the following information:
The employee’s full name
The email address linked to their Swile account, if possible
Their date of birth
The 9-digit ID on the back of their card, or the last 4 digits of their card if there’s no ID
Your company name and the programme you want to link them to (meal vouchers, gift vouchers, etc.)
📌 Important
Your employee will keep their balance, card, and login details.
The request to add them must come from the administrator of the company wishing to add the beneficiary to their team.
