A new employee is joining your company and already has a Swile card? In that case, you don’t need to order them a new card or create a new account. That’s right, we can add them straight to your list of beneficiaries! 😍

This action must be planned before reloading funds
To do this, please contact us and provide the following information:
- The employee’s full name
- The email address linked to their Swile account, if possible
- Their date of birth
- The 9-digit ID on the back of their card, or the last 4 digits of their card if there’s no ID
- Your company name and the programme you want to link them to (meal vouchers, gift vouchers, etc.)
📌 Important
- Your employee will keep their balance, card, and login details.
- The request to add them must come from the administrator of the company wishing to add the beneficiary to their team.
- If you’ve already created a new account, please get in touch so we can offer you a suitable solution.
