This article explains how to change your password:
- Reset it when you log in
- From your account if you are logged in
👩💻 Security : For your new password to be taken into account, it must : Be different from previous ones, Have a minimum of 8 characters (including 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character), be unique to Swile.
🔐 You no longer have access to your Swile account
🖥️ From a computer
- Go to swile.co
- Click on Login
- Click on Forgot your password?
- Enter the e-mail address associated with your Swile account
- An e-mail entitled Reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.
- Click on Reset
- Enter your new Swile password
📱From the application
- Go to your application
- Click on Login
- Click on Forgot password
- Enter the e-mail address associated with your Swile account
- An e-mail entitled Reset your password will be sent to your inbox.
- Click on Reset
- Enter your new Swile password
🔓 You have access to your Swile account
📱From the application
- Click Menu on the 4 little squares.
- Click on Profile and security
- Click on Modify my password
- Enter the e-mail address linked to your Swile account.
- An e-mail entitled Reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.
- Click on Reset
- Enter your new Swile password
🖥️ From a computer
- Log in to your Swile account
- Click on your initials or first name in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Profile
- Click on Change my password
- Enter your new password twice.
