When you’ve made a specific request for your flight (extra baggage, seat, meal, etc.), you can check most of these details in the "Fare Includes" section of your booking confirmation.
Some information may not always appear on the platform. In this case, you can always check directly on the airline’s website. 🙌 Here’s how:
- Have your booking reference handy to log in. You’ll find it at the top right of your confirmation (see example below: ABCDGH).
- Go to the airline’s website and enter your reference.
- You’ll be able to access your booking, check in (if available), and view your travel options. ✈️
