Need to cancel a flight booked on Swile Travel? This article explains how to start a cancellation and what refund rules apply.
⚠️ Please read before cancelling your flight
- A cancellation is final: we won’t be able to reverse it.
- If the airline doesn’t charge a cancellation fee and offers a full refund, we’ll process the cancellation straight away.
- If the airline only offers a partial refund, we’ll check with you before cancelling your flight.
- It’s also possible that your flight can’t be changed or refunded. In that case, we won’t be able to help.
To start a cancellation, go to the relevant booking and click Cancel.
You’ll then have two options:
- Cancel the whole booking: your request will be sent to our customer service team and applies to the entire booking.
- Partially cancel the booking: your request will be sent to our customer service team and applies to just one traveller and/or one journey.
