You can place a Holiday Benefits order if you have subscribed to this product and are an administrator for it.
Before placing a Holiday Benefits order, we recommend that you create your beneficiaries in advance and top up your fund. We explain everything below. 🙌
🌟 Good to know
- A company or a Works Council (CSE) is exempt from charges on Holiday Benefits.
- There is no upper limit: choose any amount you like
- You can cover 100% of the Holiday Benefits or set up a contribution from the beneficiary. If the beneficiary is contributing, this is managed internally within your organisation, not on Swile.

We recommend creating your beneficiaries first, then placing your order.

✅ You’ve created your beneficiaries in the Gifts and Benefits area
Once your beneficiaries are created, you can top them up.
To top up your beneficiaries, you need to make sure you have enough funds in your account. If not, you’ll need to top it up. Here’s how:
- Go to your Gifts & Benefits area
- Click on Top up next to your fund balance
- The IBAN for your fund will be displayed. Simply make a bank transfer from your company’s or CSE’s account to the IBAN shown for your fund.

- Go to your Gifts & Benefits area
- Click the + button, then select Order
- Click on Holiday Allowances
- As your beneficiaries are already created, just click on Download my file. You can customise the file (for example, to take into account the employee’s start date at your company).
- A file will be downloaded to your computer with your list of beneficiaries.
- Delete the rows for anyone you don’t want to top up.
- In column F, enter the amount to be credited. Just enter the value (no £ sign).
- Save your file.
- Go back to your Swile area. Click on Continue. You can now import your file.
- Click on Continue. The file import will be confirmed. If you get an error message, you can edit your file and re-import it.
- Finalise your order by choosing the communication dates and customising the email if you wish. Click on Continue.
- A summary of your order will be displayed.
- Accept the T&Cs and click on Finalise and Pay. 🙌
📆 Validity period
Once the Holiday Benefits are available in your employees’ accounts, they are valid for 2 years (that’s much longer than a bottle of sun cream 😌).
