To credit your recipients with holiday benefits, you first need to add them in your Gifts and Benefits area.
By creating your recipients on the platform (one by one, or in bulk) from the Recipients menu, they’ll be added to your list of recipients. If you want to order a card, you’ll need to place an order for gift vouchers or holiday benefits.
👉 If you only have a few recipients to add and want to do it one by one
- Go to your Gifts and Benefits area
- Click on + Add at the top right, then select Add a recipient
- Enter the details (if the employee already has a Swile account, you’ll need to enter exactly the same information)
- Click Create to confirm
👉 If you have a large number of recipients to add
- Go to your Gifts and Benefits area
- Click on + Add at the top right, then select Bulk Import
- Then select the relevant company to link the recipients
- Choose an invitation date so your recipients can activate their account if needed
- Click Continue then Download the template
- Fill in your recipients’ details in the CSV file:
- Title: Enter "Mr" or "Mrs"
- Role: Enter "Administrator" or "User"
- Date of birth: in the format DD/MM/YYYY
- Once the CSV file is completed and saved, import it so your recipients are instantly created on the platform
💌 If you want to trigger card orders for your recipients, you need to:
- Add them as described above
- Place an order for gift vouchers or Holiday Benefits. This is what will trigger the card order.
- If you’re in charge of ordering cards: Placing a reload order will automatically trigger a physical card order if your recipient doesn’t already have one.
- If your recipients need to order their own card from their account: Placing an order for gift vouchers or Holiday Benefits via the CSV file will unlock the option for your recipient to order their own card from their account, if they don’t already have one.
