💌 If you haven’t received your top-up on the expected date, the best thing to do is to contact the person in charge of managing meal vouchers within your company directly.
If you see the following message on your account: "You’ll be able to check your balance as soon as your employee benefits have been paid", it means your top-up hasn’t happened yet. Please get in touch with your company for more information.

If you have any questions or issues about the amount credited or the date your account is topped up, there’s no need to contact Swile. We act according to the order placed by your employer. Please speak to them first. If needed, they can contact us and provide their order reference.
