I made a donation using meal vouchers, how can I obtain my tax receipt?

When you make a donation on Swile, you can request a tax receipt. This tax receipt is not sent automatically; you need to enable the option beforehand in your Swile app. We’ll explain how to do this in this article.

💌 Enabling tax receipts

We recommend enabling tax receipts before making your first donation. Donations made before you activate the tax receipt request will not be included in your receipt.

📌 Example: if you made a donation on 02/04 at 12pm and you enable the tax receipt request on 02/04 at 12:30pm, only donations made after this time will be included in your tax receipt.

Your tax receipt will be sent directly to you by email by the charities you donated to. If, when it’s time to submit your tax return, you still haven’t received anything, you can contact the charities using these email addresses:

👩‍💻 How do I enable the option to get a tax receipt?

You’ll need to enable this option directly in your Swile app > menu > Donations. You’ll be asked to enter your surname, first name, email and postal address, then click Confirm.
