What should I do if I haven’t credited enough mobility funds to my beneficiaries?

Have you placed a mobility order but not credited your beneficiaries enough? In this case, you'll need to place a new mobility order.

❌ It's not possible to edit an existing order to add more mobility credits.

👉 Here's what to do:

  1. Go to your Mobility admin area

  2. Click on ‘New order’,

  3. Upload your file with the amount to be credited

  4. Then follow the usual order steps.

This will top up your colleague’s balance with the required amount.
