Understanding My Company Mobility Fund

đź’ˇ Important

Legally, the mobility funds still belong to you until they have been spent by your employees, even if you have already placed an order for them.

You can find more detailed information about the available balance by clicking the Details button next to New order.

Below, we explain what each line means 👇

đź’° Actual balance of your company account

The actual balance of your company account is the total of the remaining balance to be spent by your employees, reimbursements currently being processed, and the balance available for your next mobility orders.

đź’° Balance remaining to be spent by your employees

The balance remaining to be spent by your employees is the amount currently available in your employees' accounts. These are the funds you have allocated to your beneficiaries when placing an order. Only funds that have not yet been spent are shown here.

  đź’¸ Reimbursements being processed

Amounts listed as reimbursements being processed have not yet been debited from your company account.

👀 Here’s an example to make it clearer: Your employee submits a reimbursement request for €42.05, which is approved by customer service. These funds are taken from the employee’s Swile account and appear as "being processed" (while the bank transaction is completed).

The employee’s IBAN is correct: the €42.05 is deducted from your pot and transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account.

đź’° Balance available for your next mobility orders

The balance available for your next mobility orders does not include amounts already allocated to your employees or reimbursements pending. It only includes the amount actually available to place a new order.

This is the amount that appears first, next to the Details button.
