Add Beneficiaries to the Mobility Programme

👩‍💻 Creating your beneficiaries

To place a mobility order, you first need to create your beneficiaries in the mobility programme. Adding them will automatically generate a card order if they don't already have one.

Follow the detailed steps below to create your beneficiaries 👇

1. Go to your admin area
2. Click on New order at the top right

3. You'll have the option to customise the CSV file. Make sure to tick the options you need:

  • Employee number: You can add an employee number for your new beneficiaries if needed.
  • Billing code: If your company has several billing points (for example, an office in Paris and one in Montpellier). Enter the code linked to this billing point in your CSV file. If the displayed address is incorrect, please contact your account manager or customer service to have it updated.

  • Delivery code: For card delivery to the office or to a home address (for office delivery, enter the delivery point code; for home delivery, enter D [for home] and fill in your beneficiary's address). If the displayed address is incorrect, please contact your account manager or customer service to have it updated.

  • Employee without email: If your company wants to create employees who don't have email addresses. Invitations will then be sent by post, either to the office or to their home address (make sure to provide the delivery address for these beneficiaries).

  • Start date: Allows your company to specify a start date for your employees so they receive their reimbursement for the correct period.

4. Click on Download my file

5. Fill in your beneficiary's details as well as the information for the fields you selected in step 4 (do not fill in the amount column if you don't want to credit this person, but just add them as a beneficiary)

6. Save and drag the file to the designated area

7. Enter your chosen communication date (by post or email)

8. Enter a top-up date as required (cards will only be sent on the specified top-up date, not before)

9. Once you've clicked Continue, you'll see this message summarising your order

If all the information is correct, confirm your order; if not, click the small cross at the top right.

💡 Our system will automatically detect beneficiaries who need a card order.

10. As soon as your order is complete, the employee will appear straight away in the list of beneficiaries!
