What is the validity period of my Personal Services / CESU benefits? What happens to them at the end of the year?

📆 How long are my benefits valid for?

In accordance with the law, your Personal Services benefits follow the calendar year. They are valid from 1st January to 31st December of the current year.

👀 What happens to my benefits after 31st December?

Legally, any amount you haven't used during the year expires at the end of it.

• Deadline: You have until 31/12 inclusive to spend your benefits.

• Expiration: After this date, you will see the message "Expired" displayed on your account.

Note: After 31/12/2026, it will no longer be possible to pay a provider with your 2026 benefits or to submit new reimbursement requests for this period. To make new expenditures, you will need to wait for the reloading of your 2027 benefits.

🧾 Special case: Ongoing reimbursements

If you submitted reimbursement requests before the end of 2026 and they are still being processed, they will continue to be reimbursed with your 2027 Personal Services benefits.
