What happens to my Personal Services / CESU benefits if I leave my company?

Here are the rules that apply to your Personal Services benefits when you leave your company.

📆 Closure of your benefits

From the moment your employer removes you from the list of Personal Services beneficiaries:

• Interruption of requests: All reimbursement requests that were still in progress at the time of your removal will be immediately halted.

• Return of balance: The remaining amount in your account is automatically closed.

🧐 What to do before I leave?

Before you leave, we strongly recommend that you:

1. Check your balance: Use your available benefits while you are still part of the company's workforce.

2. Plan your requests: Make sure to submit and finalise your reimbursement requests before your actual leaving date.
