Your Swile affiliation contract is “all-in-one”. It automatically covers the acceptance of Swile cards and Bimpli products (cards and paper vouchers), following the merger between Swile and Bimpli in January 2024. No additional contract needs to be signed.

What are the main fees for Swile and Bimpli cards in 2026?

For payments made by Swile and Bimpli cards, the main fees applicable in 2026 are as follows (excl. VAT):

• Commission rate on turnover: 3.85% excl. VAT
• Fixed fee per transaction: €0.04 excl. VAT (waived for Swile card transactions)
• Card subscription: €2 excl. VAT/month per acceptance point — waived for 2026

What are the main fees for Bimpli paper meal vouchers in 2026?

For deposits of Bimpli paper meal vouchers, the service fee varies depending on the reimbursement method chosen and the geographical area. As a guide, in mainland France, the rate ranges from 3% excl. VAT (standard process, reimbursement within 21 days) to 4.50% excl. VAT (express process, reimbursement within 3 to 5 days).

An optional insurance and reimbursement guarantee is also available as an add-on.

Your Swile affiliation by default includes the acceptance of Bimpli paper meal vouchers, but the choice is yours. You are not obliged to accept them at the till.
