How can I pay an amount higher than my Holiday Benefits balance?

When paying with your Holiday Benefits, the amount must be less than or equal to the available Holiday Benefits balance on your Swile account.

❌ It’s not possible to activate the relay by card payment.

• 🛜 If you’re paying online, make sure you have enough Holiday Benefits balance to cover your purchase.
• 🛍️ In-store, you can ask to split your payment if needed (part with your Swile card and the rest with your own payment method).
• 🛒 You can also spend directly on our shop by combining your payment methods. For example, if you buy a £33 voucher from the shop and you have £13 left in Holiday Benefits on your account, you can choose to pay £13 with Holiday Benefits and £20 with your bank card.
