How can I make a donation to a charity using my Holiday Benefits?

This article is for users with Swile Holiday Benefits. Thanks to our partner Dift, you can turn some or all of your Holiday Benefits into a donation to the charity of your choice. Here’s how to do it, from choosing your charity to confirming your donation.

How do I make a donation step by step?

1. Step 1: Go to the Dift page dedicated to Swile Holiday Benefits (dift.com/give/swile-vacances) and choose the charity you’d like to support.

2. Step 2: Open the Swile app and select your holiday account (it must have a positive balance).

   

3. Step 3: Tap on Spend.

   

4. Step 4: Search for Dift Vacances, our partner.

   

5. Step 5: Order a Dift voucher for the amount you want to donate.

   

6. Step 6: Retrieve your voucher (e-ticket), which will be sent to your email address and is also available in your Swile account purchase history.

7. Step 7: Go back to Dift, click on your chosen charity, then enter your email and the e-ticket code you received.

   

What are the conditions for donating via Dift?

• Valid in mainland France as well as in the overseas departments and regions (DROM).
• Can only be used once for one charity.
• The donation amount cannot be split between several charities.
• Non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
