Does your Works Council have access to the "Personalised Offers" feature? In this article, we'll explain how to create personalised offers of the "Event" type.
- Go to your Gifts and Benefits admin area
- Click on Personalised Offers then on New Offer
- Select Event
- In the Event section: Give your event a title and description, specify the dates and location, and attach any images or documents. Click Next.
- In the Beneficiaries section: Optionally set the maximum number of tickets per beneficiary, any documents required, and any other information beneficiaries need to provide. Click Next.
- In the Pricing section: Indicate whether the event is paid or free.
The payment methods are ticked for information only, as payments are handled directly between you and your beneficiaries - except if you choose to use the Swile payment module with bank card.
If you offer several options, you can set multiple prices by clicking on "+ Add a price / option" at the bottom of the page.

In the Registration section, set the registration period and whether you accept overbooking (if you allow overbooking, you may receive more registrations than the available places).
Notifications are sent to your colleagues by email and on their mobile (via the app if they have enabled notifications) on the "start date" you have specified.
