How can I use my Holiday Benefits in the Swile Shop?

1. Click on the gift card you're interested in.

2. Some gift cards have a set amount. For others, enter the amount you want (to the nearest euro), then click "Order gift card".
3. Check the payment methods, accept the T&Cs and confirm!

2. Below the product description, select the tickets you want.

3. Click "Add to basket".
4. Check the payment methods, accept the T&Cs and confirm!

Promo codes are marked with "Promo code".

Click on the offer you're interested in to find out more. On the product page, you'll find:

• Either a promo code to enter directly on the retailer's website.

• Or a "See offer" button that takes you to the retailer's website with full instructions.

If your Holiday Benefits balance doesn't cover the full amount for a gift card or ticket in the Shop, you can top up the payment. To do this:

1. In your basket, click "Confirm and top up payment" (this option appears when your basket total is higher than your Holiday Benefits balance).
2. Choose your additional payment method:
   • Your bank card
   • A subsidy (if your works council or company has provided one)
   • Other eligible Swile accounts (such as gift or culture vouchers). If some accounts don't appear at checkout, it means they're not compatible with this purchase.
