My balance is still not credited, why?

We credit accounts as soon as your company's administrator (the person in charge of employee benefits) places an order with us.

If your balance has not yet been credited, this means that your administrator has not yet placed the order for your benefits, or that we are still waiting for payment 💰 !

We therefore invite you to contact the person in charge of this within your company to find out the date, as well as the amount of your next top-up!

 

💡 Good to know

  • You cannot top up your account yourself.
  • It is not possible to transfer paper securities to your Swile account
