My balance is still not credited, why?

It's the 1st of the month, and you still have no money in your account? Never fear! Swile is here!

Where can I see my balance?

From your Swile App or a computer, you can view your balance as well as your recent transactions. Find out how in this article.

How do top-ups work?

We credit accounts when your company admin (the person handling employee benefits) places an order with us.

If your balance has not yet been credited, then your administrator has not yet ordered your benefits, or we're still waiting on payment 💰

We suggest getting in touch with the admin who is in charge of this at your company to find out the date, as well as the amount of your next top-up!


💡 Good to know

You do not have the ability top up your account yourself, unfortunately. Also, it's not possible to transfer paper meal vouchers to your Swile account.
