Has a former employee who already had a Swile account returned to your company? You can easily reinstate their account to your list of meal voucher recipients 🙌
- In your admin area, go to the Meal Vouchers menu
- Click on Recipients
- Click on Filter > tick Deactivated account > Confirm
- Once the filter is applied, search for the recipient
- Click on Reinstate recipient
The action takes effect immediately and your employee is once again linked to your organisation 🎉
You can now place an order including your colleague again, with no risk of the order being blocked.
💌 Do you need to order a new card?
If your colleague still has their Swile card, it will remain linked to their account. There’s no need to order a new one!
However, if they no longer have it, they’ll need to report it as lost in their account area so they can order a replacement. For more information, share our help page with them: Your Swile card has been stolen or lost, what should you do?
