My Swile card has been lost or stolen, what should I do?

If you've lost your card, take a moment to think by temporarily blocking it. The card can't be used while it's blocked, but you can reactivate it later if you find it.

You can then permanently deactivate your card if you're sure you won't find it or if it's been stolen. Here's how to do it 👇

 📱On your app 
  • Click on the "Cards" button in your Swile account
  • Select the relevant card, then click on "Lock card
  • If you've definitely lost your card, click on "Report as lost or stolen"
👨‍💻 On your computer   
  • Click on the "Cards" button in your Swile account

  • Select the relevant card, then click on "Lock

  • Click on "Confirm"

  • If you've definitely lost your card, click on "Card lost or stolen"

👀 How do I order a new card?  

As soon as you've reported your card as lost or stolen, you'll receive an email so you can order a new one! Alternatively, you can also click the + button in the "Cards" menu:

 

🥺 Has your card been stolen and you’ve noticed transactions?

If your card has been stolen and you see transactions made with your benefits, unfortunately we won't be able to refund the amount spent.
