When should I credit my beneficiaries?

You are free to choose the management and organisation you want. However, here are a few tips.

📆 Topping up at the end of the month
It is always preferable to credit your beneficiaries at the end of the month with the number of meal vouchers corresponding to the days worked over the past month.

In this way, you take into account the number of days of holiday, sick leave and departures before crediting everyone. There's no need to make any adjustments.

📆 If you top up every three months or every year
You can top up quarterly or annually, for example. However, this can have a few negative points, such as an employee leaving before the end of the year.

If this happens and your employee has already spent their entire balance, you will not be able to recover your employer's share.

🙌 To sum up

We advise you to always credit your beneficiaries at the end of a period worked (end of month, or end of quarter)
