As an administrator, you can allow your beneficiaries to use meal vouchers on Sundays and public holidays. Meal vouchers can be used for food purchases from Monday to Saturday. This can be extended to Sundays and public holidays only for those working on those days.
So, if your beneficiaries work on Sundays and public holidays, you can enable card usage on those days directly from your administrator account. Here are the three possible methods.
- Step 1: Log in to your meal voucher administrator area.
- Step 2: Go to the Settings tab.
- Step 3: Enable the Allow use on Sundays and public holidays button.
Once you confirm this action, all your beneficiaries will be able to use their card on Sundays and public holidays.
This option applies to all beneficiaries. However, employees who do not work on Sundays and public holidays are not entitled to this benefit. In this case, you can adjust the setting individually for each beneficiary by following the method below.
- From the Employees or Beneficiaries menu, search for the relevant beneficiary.
- At the bottom of their profile, click Edit, then enable Usable on Sundays and public holidays.
If only a few beneficiaries work on Sundays, you can leave the option disabled in your Settings and enable it only for certain beneficiaries, individually, from the Employees tab.
- Step 1: Click on New order.
- Step 2: Click on Import via file and tick Manage use of Sundays and public holidays by beneficiary.
- Step 3: Generate the import file and enter the correct information (Yes/No) for each beneficiary.
- Step 4: Complete the order.
