How do I cancel an order placed in the Gifts and Benefits area?

You can cancel an order placed in the Gifts and Benefits area if it hasn't been processed yet. Follow these steps to cancel your order:

  • Go to your admin area for managing the gifts and benefits programme
  • Click on Order history.
    Only orders scheduled for future dates that haven't been processed yet can be cancelled. These will have a small bin icon at the end of the row.
  • To cancel the order, click on this icon and then on Confirm 🚀
