You can cancel an order placed in the Gifts and Benefits area if it hasn't been processed yet. Follow these steps to cancel your order:
- Go to your admin area for managing the gifts and benefits programme
- Click on Order history.
Only orders scheduled for future dates that haven't been processed yet can be cancelled. These will have a small bin icon at the end of the row. - To cancel the order, click on this icon and then on Confirm 🚀
