- Access your mobility admin area
- Click on the Orders tab
- Click on the line of the relevant order
- Click on the Cancel button, then confirm the cancellation
If you return to the Orders menu, you will see that its status has changed!
📌 What to do if the order can no longer be cancelled?
If the order has the status Processing or Order Processed, then it has already been acknowledged by our platform and it will no longer be possible to prevent its execution.
👉 If you have overcharged an employee and wish to remove part of the credited amount from their account, contact us.
👉If you have credited an amount less than the desired amount, you can place an additional order by clicking on New Order.
