đ Mobility benefits are based on the calendar year
Your employees can use their 2025 mobility benefits up to and including 31/12/25. After this date, they will no longer be able to use their Swile card to spend mobility credits or submit new reimbursement requests. They will need to wait for your 2026 top-up to make new requests đ
Our service will process requests submitted up to 31 December 2025 and will handle them until 31 January 2026. This allows beneficiaries whose payment may have failed at the end of December to contact the dedicated user support team for a refund.
The refund will then be made by deducting the amount from their expired mobility account and transferring the funds to their personal Swile account or bank account, depending on the option they have chosen.
đ As a result, from 3 to 5 February, any unused funds by your beneficiaries before 31 December will be transferred back to your company pot.
đ§ Details of expiries
You can find details of expiries in the transaction history by downloading your CSV file. To do this:
Click on the Details button â next to your company pot amount
You can then filter in Excel for the rows labelled "Expired beneficiaries".
