How can I ensure my flight is changeable and/or refundable?

You can check the booking conditions when you make your reservation.

• Enter your search criteria (arrival and departure city, passengers, dates) and confirm
• On the page showing the different flights, choose your flight by clicking on Select. If several fares are offered, it means the airline offers flexible fares and you can choose from those available.
• The conditions are also reiterated on the booking page before confirmation.
