This article explains what to do if you need to change or cancel a flight 🛫
📆 Changing a flight
- Go to your booking in your Swile Travel profile and click on exchange:
- Select the travellers affected by the change as well as the flight
- Enter the date and new flight number. If you don't have the flight details, you can fill in the "Would you like to add anything?" box with the approximate time you're interested in
- Submit your request. It will be sent to our dedicated team.
💸 If your request results in an additional charge from the airline (we don't add any fees on our side), we'll confirm this extra cost with you before changing the flight.
💌 You'll receive an automatic email summarising your change request and the information you've provided.
If you make any changes directly with the airline, they will take control of the ticket, which means we won't be able to take any further action on our side.
⛔️ Cancelling a flight
📌 Please read before cancelling
- A cancellation is final, we won't be able to reverse it.
- If there are no airline cancellation fees and the airline refunds 100% of the trip, we'll cancel it straight away ⚡️
- If the airline only offers a partial refund, we'll confirm with you before cancelling your flight ⏳
- It's also possible that your flight can't be changed or refunded. In these cases, we won't be able to help 😔
- Go to your booking in your Swile Travel profile and click on Cancel
You'll then have two options:
- Cancel the whole booking: the request will be sent to our customer service team and will apply to the entire booking.
- Partially cancel the booking: the request will be sent to our customer service team and will apply to just one traveller and/or one journey.
