This article explains what to do if you need to change or cancel a flight đ«
đ Changing a flight
- Go to the relevant booking and click on exchange:
- Select the travellers and the flight you want to change
- Enter the date and new flight number. If you donât have the flight details, you can fill in the "Would you like to add something?" box with the approximate time youâre interested in
- Confirm your request. It will be sent to our dedicated team.
đž If your request results in an additional charge from the airline (we donât add any fees ourselves), weâll confirm this extra cost with you before changing the flight.
đ Youâll receive an automatic email summarising your change request and the information you provided.
If you make any changes directly with the airline, they will take control of the ticket, which means we wonât be able to make any further changes for you.
âïž Cancelling a flight
đ Please read before cancelling
- A cancellation is final and canât be reversed.
- If there are no airline cancellation fees and the airline offers a full refund, weâll cancel your booking straight away âĄïž
- If the airline only offers a partial refund, weâll check with you before cancelling your flight âł
- Itâs also possible that your flight canât be changed or refunded. In these cases, we wonât be able to help đ
- Go to the relevant booking and click on Cancel
Youâll then have two options:
- Cancel the whole booking: the request will be sent to our customer service team and will apply to the entire booking.
- Partially cancel the booking: the request will be sent to our customer service team and will apply to just one traveller and/or one journey.
