How do I modify my flight booking?

Need to change a flight booked on Swile Travel? You can do this in two ways: either by making the change yourself on the platform when the flight allows it, or through our customer service team if automatic modification isn’t possible. When permitted, you can also add luggage, change your seat, or update the passenger’s name.

How do I change my flight myself?

You can make changes yourself directly on the platform, without needing help from our customer service team.

1. Step 1: Go to the relevant booking and click on Change my flight. A drop-down menu will appear with the different options available.

   

2. Step 2: Select the travellers and the flight you want to change, enter your new preferred dates, then click on Search for a new flight.

   

3. Step 3: You’ll be shown new flight options, along with the change fees for each. Select the flights you want, then check the summary page (old flights, new flights, and fees).

   

4. Step 4: At the bottom of the summary page, click Confirm and pay to finalise your changes. Once confirmed, you’ll see your new flights and the updated price.

   

How do I change my flight through customer service?

Some flights can’t be changed automatically on the platform. In these cases, you’ll need to go through our customer service team: submit your request online, and our team will handle it and get back to you to finalise the change. You’ll know this is the case if you see a yellow banner when trying to make the change.

1. Step 1: Go to the relevant booking and click on Change my flight. If the flight can’t be changed automatically, a yellow banner will let you know that customer service will handle your request.

   

2. Step 2: Select the passenger and the flight(s) you want to change, choose your new dates, then click on Search for a new flight. On the results page, select the flights you want.

   

3. Step 3: On the summary page, add a comment for our team if needed, then submit your request. Your request will be sent to customer service, who will get back to you as soon as possible to finalise the change.
