How to Remove a Mobility Beneficiary, and What Happens to Their Balance and Reimbursement Requests?

If a mobility programme beneficiary leaves your company, we recommend removing them from the platform. Here's how to do it:

  • Search for the beneficiary in "Employees"
  • Click on the beneficiary's name
  • Go to the top of the "Mobility" tab (next to "General")
  • Click on Remove from programme

💡 If you remove a beneficiary from the mobility programme, what happens to their balance and ongoing reimbursement requests? 

When you remove one of your beneficiaries from the programme, they immediately lose their entire mobility balance, which will be transferred back to your company fund. 
Also, if they had submitted a reimbursement request on an invoice, it will be automatically closed.
