Check the balance of a gift card (purchased from the shop)

To check and use your gift card balance, you’ll need to register it to your Amazon account.

• Log in to your Amazon account.
• Add items to your basket.
• Click on Proceed to checkout.
• Select your delivery address and go to the Select a payment method step.
• Scroll down to the Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers section.

• Enter your gift card code and click Apply.

  

• To confirm your order, click Continue.

• Click this link to go to the Auchan website.
• Enter your gift card number and PIN.
• Click on Check a gift card.
• Tick the box to confirm you’re not a robot
• You’ll see your gift card balance, expiry date and terms of use.
• 

• Click this link to go to the Carrefour website.

• Click on Check balance.

  

• Enter your gift card number and click Confirm.
• Enter your PIN and click Confirm again.
• Check your gift card balance and expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the Cultura website and scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Enter your gift card number (16 digits) and its security code (3 digits).
• Click on Check your balance.
• You’ll see your balance and your card’s expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the Decathlon website.
• Enter your gift card number (16 digits) and your PIN.
• Click Ok.
• You’ll see your balance and your gift card’s expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the Fnac website.
• Enter your gift card number (16 or 19 digits) and your PIN.
• Click Confirm.
• Complete the task on the website to prove you’re not a robot.
• You’ll see when your card was activated, its balance and expiry date.

• Click **this link** to go to the Galeries Lafayette website.
• Enter your gift card number and PIN.
• Tick the I’m not a robot box and click Confirm.
• You’ll see your balance and your gift card’s expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the H&M website.
• Enter your gift card number and PIN.
• Click See balance.
• You’ll see your balance and your gift card’s expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the Leroy Merlin website.
• Enter your gift card number and PIN.
• Click See remaining amount.
• You’ll see your balance and your gift card’s expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the ID Kids website.
• Enter your gift card number and PIN.
• Tick the box to confirm you’re not a robot.
• Click Confirm.
• You’ll see your balance and your gift card’s expiry date.

• Click this link to go to the Sephora website.
• Enter your gift card number and PIN.
• Tick the box to confirm you’re not a robot.
• Click Ok.
• You’ll see your balance and your gift card’s expiry date.
