Check the balance of a gift card (purchased from the shop)

On the Swile shop, you can buy gift cards using your bank card or gift vouchers 🎁 They’ll then be available in your Swile order history. To find out more, see: How do I buy a gift card?

👉 If you’ve bought a multi-store card, check its balance by calling the Interactive Voice Server on 01 77 86 21 21 (local call rate).

Amazon

To check and use your gift card balance, you’ll need to register it to your Amazon account.

Log in to your Amazon account.
Add items to your basket.
Click on Proceed to checkout.
Select your delivery address and go to the Select a payment method step.
Scroll down to the Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers section.
Enter your gift card code and click Apply.
To confirm your order, click Continue.

Auchan

Click on this link to go to the Auchan website.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code.
Click on Check a gift card.
Tick the box to confirm you’re not a robot.
You’ll see your gift card balance, its expiry date and the terms of use.

Carrefour

Click on this link to go to the Carrefour website.
Click on Check balance.
Enter your gift card number and click Confirm.
Enter your PIN code and click Confirm again.
You’ll see your gift card balance and expiry date.

Cultura

Click on this link to go to the Cultura website and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Enter your gift card number (16 digits) and its security code (3 digits).
Click on Check your balance.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your card.

Decathlon

Click on this link to go to the Decathlon website.
Enter your gift card number (16 digits) and your PIN code.
Click on Ok.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

Fnac/Darty

Click on this link to go to the Fnac website.
Enter your gift card number (16 or 19 digits) and your PIN code.
Click on Confirm.
Complete the task on the website to prove you’re not a robot.
You’ll see when your card was activated, its balance and expiry date.

Galeries Lafayette

Click on **this link** to go to the Galeries Lafayette website.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code.
Tick the I’m not a robot box and click Confirm.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

H&M

Click on this link to go to the H&M website.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code.
Click on View balance.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

Leroy Merlin

Click on this link to go to the Leroy Merlin website.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code.
Click on See remaining balance.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

Oxybul (ID Kids)

Click on this link to go to the ID Kids website.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code.
Tick the box to confirm you’re not a robot.
Click on Confirm.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

Sephora

Click on this link to go to the Sephora website.
Enter your gift card number and PIN code.
Tick the box to confirm you’re not a robot.
Click on Ok.
You’ll see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

💡 For some retailers like Cdiscount, Zalando, Ikea and Vertbaudet, you’ll need to log in to your customer account to check your gift card balance.
