How do I buy a gift card from the Swile shop?

• Go to your Swile account
• Click on the credited gift voucher account you want to use
• Click on Spend

Once you're in the shop as explained above, search for the product you want to buy.

• On the product page, enter the amount if needed (for a gift card, for example) and click Order. If it's for a theme park or ticketing, choose your tickets first.

• A summary will appear.

👉 If you have enough funds in gift vouchers: Accept the T&Cs and click Confirm and Pay.

👉 If your balance is too low: You can top up the payment with a bank card. To do this:

• Click on Confirm and complete payment
• Enter your card details
• Click on Confirm and pay by card. 

👉 If your balance is too low but you have another eligible gift voucher wallet for this product: You can top up the payment with another gift voucher wallet. To do this:

• Click on Confirm and complete payment
• Select the gift voucher account you want to use to top up the payment (for example, Christmas for employees below)
• Top up with a bank card as well if needed
• Click on Confirm and pay by card

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email including your gift cards or show/cinema tickets. You can also find your purchases at any time in your Swile account:

• On the app 📱:
  • Tap the 4 squares at the bottom right of the screen
  • Tap My purchases
  • Tap the relevant purchase then Download your e-ticket

• On a browser (computer) 💻:
  • Click on your first name at the top right
  • Click on Order history

• Click on the relevant purchase then Download your e-ticket
