How do I pay online with my Swile gift vouchers?

You can spend your gift vouchers with your Swile card directly on the websites of your favourite retailers. To do so, you need to meet three conditions:

• You have activated online payments on your card. To find out more, see: How do I activate or deactivate online payments with my Swile card?

• Make sure the retailer accepts your gift vouchers

• Have a gift voucher balance that is equal to or greater than the amount of your order on the retailer’s website

💸 How do I pay?

• Go to the retailer’s website and add your items to your basket

• At checkout, choose to pay by card

• Enter your Swile card details 🙌

📌 Exceptions to be aware of

• • Retailers based abroad are not eligible.

  • Shops selling food products* are not eligible. This includes Amazon and Cdiscount, for example. In this case, you can buy a gift card from our shop and then use it on the site in question to buy non-food products. See How do I buy a gift card from the Swile shop?

  • For this reason, private sales websites are also not eligible, as they may offer food products for sale.

*Exception for delicatessens, wine merchants and chocolatiers, where you can spend your Adult gift vouchers.
