📆 Ticket dispatch date
OUIGO tickets are sent by OUIGO 4 days before your train's departure, to the person who made the booking. Don’t forget to check your spam folder!
Requirement: your booking must have been confirmed.
💡 Please note:
- If your journey is in 4 days or less: your tickets will be sent to the email address of the person who made the booking.
- If you’ve booked a return journey: all your tickets will be sent 4 days before your outbound journey.
4 days before your train departs, you have several options to download or print your ticket:
- OUIGO app: You can download your tickets from the OUIGO app. You can then add them directly to your wallet (iOS and Android). No need to print your tickets, and the planet will thank you! 🍀
- Print your tickets via the OUIGO website: Find your tickets on the OUIGO website in the My bookings section. You’ll need the traveller’s email address and your booking reference.
You can access your bookings at any time from the OUIGO website or app, in the My bookings or My tickets section.
