To benefit from the sustainable mobility package, recipients are legally required to provide their employer with a signed declaration of honour. This declaration must be renewed every year. Here, we take care of that for you! 😉
👉 How does this work for employees?
As soon as your recipient activates their mobility account, a window will pop up inviting them to sign their declaration of honour. This declaration outlines the rules regarding mobility benefits.
If the recipient does not sign, their mobility account cannot be activated.
👉 How can I access my employees’ declarations?
You can find all mobility-related declarations directly in your admin area.
- Go to the Reimbursement requests menu
- Click on Export declarations of honour
