Download Mobility Declarations of Honour

To benefit from the sustainable mobility package, a recipient is legally required to provide their employer with a signed declaration of honour. This declaration must be renewed every year. Here, we take care of that for you! 😉

👉 How does this work for employees?

As soon as your employee activates their mobility account, a window will appear inviting them to sign their declaration of honour. This declaration outlines the rules regarding mobility benefits.
Without the employee's signature, their mobility account cannot be activated.

👉 How can I access my employees' declarations?

You can find all mobility-related declarations directly in your admin area. You can also select the year you need.

• Go to the Reimbursement requests menu

• Click on Export declarations of honour
