To benefit from the sustainable mobility package, a recipient is legally required to provide their employer with a signed declaration of honour. This declaration must be renewed every year. Here, we take care of that for you! 😉
👉 What does this mean for employees?
As soon as your employee activates their mobility account, a window will pop up inviting them to sign their declaration of honour. This declaration outlines the rules regarding mobility benefits.
If the employee does not sign, their mobility account cannot be activated.
👉 How can I access my employees’ declarations?
You can find all mobility-related declarations directly in your admin area.
Go to the Reimbursement requests menu
- Click on Export declarations of honour
