You can use your gift vouchers (excluding culture vouchers) to buy a multi-store gift card from the Swile shop. This card can be used by you or given as a present to someone close to you, for example 🎁
👉 The minimum amount to buy a multi-store gift card is 20 euros. This means you need to have at least €20 in the gift voucher account you want to use.
👉 It is valid at the network of retailers eligible for the type of gift vouchers you have received (to find out more, see this detailed page).
- Click on the gift voucher account you want to use
- Click on Spend
- Select Gift card then click on Confirm
- Choose the amount and click on Convert to gift card
- Enter the delivery address for the card
- Click on Confirm and pay. For security reasons, you’ll be asked for your password or Face ID. Click on Confirm. Your order is now confirmed 🎉
Delivery takes 7 days from the date your order is confirmed.
The card is valid for one year from the date of your order.
No, the card can only be delivered to a home address.
You can check your multi-store gift card balance by calling the Interactive Voice Server on 01 77 86 21 21 (local call rate).
🤑 How do I use the multi-store gift card?
You can use the card in one or several transactions at our partner retailers. To see the list: go to your order history in your Swile account and click on View list of partner retailers.
- 👉 In-store spending: The shop assistant needs to swipe the magnetic strip on the back of your multi-store gift card through the card reader.
- 👉 Online spending: Choose VISA or Cado as the payment method and enter the 16-digit card number, expiry date and security code (3 digits). These details may be hidden under a scratch-off panel. At some partner retailers, you can also top up your payment with your bank card.
