Check the balance of a gift voucher (purchased from the shop)

To check and use the balance of your gift voucher, you need to register it on your Amazon account.

• Log in to your Amazon account.
• Add items to your basket.
• Click on Proceed to checkout.
• Select your delivery address and go to the Select a payment method step.
• Scroll down to the Gift Cards, Gift Pass section.

• Enter your gift card code and click Apply.

  

• To confirm your order, click Continue.

• Click on this link to go to the Auchan website.
• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code.
• Click on Check a gift card.
• Tick the box to confirm you are not a robot
• You will see your gift card balance, expiry date and terms of use.
• 

• Click on this link to go to the Carrefour website.

• Click on Check balance.

  

• Enter your gift voucher number then click Confirm.
• Enter your PIN code and click Confirm again.
• Check your gift card balance and expiry date.

• Click on this link to go to the Cultura website and scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Enter your gift voucher number (16 digits) and its security code (3 digits).
• Click on Check your balance.
• You will see your balance and the expiry date of your card.

• Click on this link to go to the Decathlon website.
• Enter your gift voucher number (16 digits) and your PIN code.
• Click on Ok.
• You will see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

• Click on this link to go to the Fnac website.
• Enter your gift voucher number (16 or 19 digits) and your PIN code.
• Click on Confirm.
• Complete the task requested by the website to prove you are not a robot.
• You will see when your card was activated, its balance and expiry date.

• Click on **this link** to go to the Galeries Lafayette website.
• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code.
• Tick the box I'm not a robot and click Confirm.
• You will see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

• Click on this link to go to the H&M website.
• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code.
• Click on See balance.
• You will see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

• Click on this link to go to the Leroy Merlin website.
• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code.
• Click on See remaining amount.
• You will see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

• Click on this link to go to the ID Kids website.
• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code.
• Tick the box to confirm you are not a robot.
• Click on Confirm.
• You will see your balance and the expiry date of your gift card.

• Enter your gift voucher number and PIN code.
