Where and how can I spend my Holiday Benefits with my Swile card?

✅ Holiday Benefits can be used to pay for the following, as long as they are part of your holiday:

• Accommodation: hotels, campsites, caravan parks, holiday villages, motels, resorts, holiday cottages, guest houses, unique stays and seasonal rentals through estate agencies.
• Transport: flights, train or coach tickets. For public transport, payment must be made at ticket machines, ticket offices or station counters. You can't use Holiday Benefits to pay directly at metro gates or on buses.
• One-off sports or leisure activities: skiing, surfing, climbing, skydiving, bike hire, swimming pool entry and sports equipment hire.
• Artistic or cultural activities: museums, guided tours and visits to historic monuments.
• Concerts and shows.
• Holiday camps and day camps, provided you pay the organisation directly and send a registration certificate to your Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
• Toll charges, but only at ticketed toll booths.

❌ Holiday Benefits cannot be used to pay for:

• Food and drink.
• Purchases from general culture retailers, such as Fnac or Amazon Culture.
• Purchases from general sports retailers, such as Decathlon or Intersport.
• Sports events or long-term sports memberships, such as sports clubs or year-long extracurricular activities.
• Top-ups or subscriptions for toll badges.
• Short taxi, Uber, Bolt or private hire journeys.

To pay for a holiday expense online with your Holiday Benefits, select card payment and enter your Swile card details.

You can top up the payment with other eligible Swile accounts, such as a gift card account or a culture account. The available amount is automatically deducted and the payment is made in one go.

You can't use the card relay feature. The purchase amount must be less than or equal to your Holiday Benefits balance.

To pay for a holiday expense in person with your Holiday Benefits, just tell the merchant you want to pay by card. You don't need to mention it's your Swile card or ask if they accept Holiday Benefits. The payment works like a standard card payment, via the Visa and Mastercard networks.

You can top up the payment with other eligible Swile accounts, such as a gift card account or a culture account. The available amount is automatically deducted and the payment is made in one go.

You can't use the card relay feature. If your holiday expense is more than your Holiday Benefits balance, ask the merchant to split the payment: part with your Swile card and the rest with your own payment method.

In the app, go to Menu > Where to spend. Filter by Holiday Benefits to see eligible retailers. Turn on your location to find places near you.
